They called and started ahead of the quoted date and completed in two days. Our house was a rancher so a lot of surface area to replace. After a cluster of thunderstorms opened a roof leak in our bathroom, and 3 phone calls to our original roofer with no return call, we called George on a Friday and he came out to have a look on SATURDAY! In less than 30 seconds on our roof he explained the soil stack seal was degraded and was the primary cause. Ill call within 3 business days to set a day to come out, he said. On Monday morning, a call from George. I got an hour this morning. Can I come out? And an hour after he climbed up on our roof, hed finished fixing the problem. But that wasnt all. You see, George is passionate about his craft and the art yes the artof roof repair. While doing the repair, hed taken cell phone pics of a variety of issues, including rusting shingle nails, and he insisted (and I welcomed) his presentation of each photo and his explanation about how each problem would affect the roofs integrity. I have never found a contractor who responded with such professional passion and knowledge of his craft. If you have ANY roofing issue, you would be making a mistake not to call George Caripides. We had sustained hail damage in the large storm of spring, 2014. Some less reputable, door to door storm chasers made us aware of the problem, but they were a national company that used local subs and set up a short term local sales office for their work. As I had read complaints of their tactics in other cities - opening an office, getting a lot of local work, and then closing the office / company such that warranty work can not be claimed, I knew I wanted to make sure I used a local, reputable contractor.

I found George on Home Adviser a year earlier, called for an estimate, and he was extremely professional, helpful in showing me and the insurance adjuster damages, quick and very clean in doing the work. Many homes on my street had a new roof installed, and the work from Caripides was by far the most professional and complete. While doing a portion of work where the roof butted up against the stucco house, he took extra care and when he came across a hole in the exterior wall from poor builder design, he went way beyond by helping remove the stucco from the damaged area with me, and worked with me and other contractors to get the other unrelated problem fixed as well. I never write long reviews like this, but I have nothing but positive things to say about Caripides roofing.

My wife and I hired Caripides Roofing to do some roof repair on our recently purchased twin. We had a gradual leak due to an old / rotten collar, plus a few other "trouble spots". Not knowing what to expect (but having read the Google reviews ourselves) we called Caripides Roofing, and when George (the owner) arrived to assess the work he immediately impressed me with his absolute professionalism, respect for our property, and dedication to his craft.

Understand, George is surgically precise - he takes pictures of your roof before, during, after. In so doing he opens a window on the repair process. No behind the curtain "trust us you need this" non-sense. George was completely transparent in his work, upfront with every detail from start to finish, and did an absolutely fantastic job overall.

Our roof is due for replacement, probably next summer (we knew this before calling George). We fully intend to call Caripides Roofing for this work, and any future roofing we ever need done.

We had a tree branch damage our family room vaulted ceiling quite suddenly, and were very fortunate to get in contact with George. He was able to thoroughly assess the damage, and provided an immediate patch since rain was on the way. The full repair was done several days later with the utmost professionalism. George has great communications skills along with his roofing expertise, and is extremely pleasant and thorough. Caripedes Roofing has my trust for any future jobs at my home.

Mr. Caripides help me add a couple more years to my current roof which is about 20 yrs old. He did a good job at sealing the flat parts and also install a chimney cap free of charge. He also reattached some drainage spouts and came back and did another drainage spout which I thought was part of the original project but was not. He did this free of charge. I will have him back in the future when it is time to replace my current roof. I will also be recommending him to whoever I know that needs roof work.

We allowed George Caripides into our home after reading glowing reviews from many customers on HomeAdvisor. He responded within an hour on a Sunday afternoon.

After working with George, I now understand why his customers are so pleased with him as a roofer and as a human being.
